95 Points Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy
An attractive mid crimson to ruby. There is quite some density of fruit here, more strawberry than other red fruits, but giving a sense of authority. Firm in structure but not on the raw side. Darker fruit now, with fine acidity, a very complete and delicious Clos de Bèze. The fruit seems to take over all the rest as the wine grows in the glass. Drink from 2029-2036. Tasted: November 2023.
