From Les Magny in Meursault, planted in 1954 like and early to ripen. Fresh pale colour, lots of energy here, a little new wood, one barrel out of the five, but easily enough fruit intensity to manage it, filling the mouth. At the moment the oak marks a little too much at the back of the palate but this will calm down. Good acidity, great length. Drink from 2025-2027. Tasted: October 2023.

0,22 ha plantet i 1953. Les Magny ligger øst for byen i mellem Domaine Roulot og Domaine Coche Dury. Jorden her er ikke så domineret af ler som andre steder, hvilket betyder at vinen får større elegance. En virkelig skøn Bourgogne som desværre kun findes i meget begrænset antal.
